Free sample · Session 1
A little space.
A lot of play.
One parent. One child. One ball. A clear plan for your next 20 minutes together.
Adult supervision throughout. Use flat, secure ground clear of roads, glass, pets and obstacles. Leave clear stopping space outside the marked area. Wear suitable shoes, keep water nearby and pause whenever needed. Use soft ground passes and shots; no heading, slide tackles or contact. Anchor any goal securely, or use cones. If the child is uncomfortable, in pain, tired or not enjoying it, stop or simplify.
Most games fit 6 × 4 m; the final combination games use 8 × 5 m. Six cones or soft markers are enough. Setups show relative positions, not exact scale. Choose three days each week around existing activities; repeat or shorten a session whenever that suits your child.
Your 20-minute plan
00–02 · Set up & check in. Ask how the child feels and explain the space.
02–05 · Ball warm-up. Walk with the ball, try gentle inside-foot touches, stop it, and change direction. No race.
05–10 · First activity. Demonstrate once. Play for about 30–45 seconds, then pause to reset and talk. Repeat at a comfortable pace.
10–11 · Water & reset. Extend the break if needed.
11–16 · Second activity. Use the same play/pause rhythm. Choose the easier variation first.
16–19 · Choice game.
19–20 · Walk & reflect.

Use challenges to notice progress, not to rank children. Praise a choice or effort: “You looked up before turning.” Let the child pick a favorite variation.
