Less planning.
More playing.

Tonight’s plan, ready to play
You don't need more drills.
You need tonight's plan.
The internet has ten thousand soccer drills. What it doesn't give you is an answer at 5:40 p.m. when your child wants to play and you have twenty minutes and a small yard.
Backyard Soccer is that answer: open the session, set out six cones, play. Each session builds on the last, every game has an easier and a harder version, and you never have to invent a coaching speech — each one comes with a simple cue to focus on.

What’s inside the founding edition
What the $29 edition adds
The activity library on this site stays free. The founding edition brings the backyard sessions together into a guided program:
- The guided path — all 12 sessions in order, timed, with the next step clear. Open the plan and start playing.
- Printable session cards — a card for each session, plus parent notes with cues and easier/harder options. Print the pack, take it outside, leave the phone in the house.
- Offline access + progress tracker — download the full program once and use it offline; tick off sessions as you go and watch the four weeks fill up.
Most games fit in 6 × 4 m, combination games in 8 × 5 m, plus clear space beyond the boundaries. A goal is optional; cones work. Every game is ground-based: no heading, no contact.

Explore freely. Or follow a plan.

Who created this
Made by a parent, for families
Move, Dribble, Finish is a parent-led project by Alex Holubenko. The backyard plans and diagrams were drafted with AI assistance and adapted into original small-space games for families, informed by public youth-coaching resources.
No club affiliation, endorsement or performance guarantee is claimed. The aim is simple: clear sessions, honest sizing, and more time playing together.

A few things parents ask
Is this a replacement for team practice?
No. It's optional parent-and-child play alongside your child's usual activities. Shorten, repeat or skip sessions to suit energy and interest.
Do I need a large yard or a goal?
No goal is needed. Most games use 6 × 4 m and six cones or soft markers, plus clear space beyond the boundaries. The combination games need 8 × 5 m.
What if my child finds a game too hard — or too easy?
Every game has an easier and a harder version. Start easier, slow down, widen the targets — or step up a level. Enjoyment comes before completing the plan.
Can I use the sample without an account?
Yes. The sample runs in your browser with no signup, and any progress is kept on your device only. We do not ask for child names, photos or personal information.
How will I receive the program when it opens?
The planned package is a download containing the guided 12-session program, printable cards, and offline HTML guide. Delivery is still being set up. Final delivery and re-download details will be published before sales open.
What if it doesn't work for my family?
Try the full first session free before deciding. The purchase and refund terms will be published before sales open; no payments are being accepted now.
What ages is it for?
Designed for ages 6–9. Start with the easier versions and adapt to your child’s interest and ability.
What safety guidance is included?
Sessions are ground-based — no heading, no tackling, no contact. Adult supervision is required. Check the surface and clear space, keep shots gentle, take breaks, and follow the space and safety notes. Stop if your child feels pain or discomfort.
